I'm currently having to fight for a refund the item was left on the doorstep in full sight and accessible to any passers by. I was clearly not in presuming they knocked the door! And should have took them to be re delivered. This is not the customers fault. 😒 surely the company can take this to the courier and nor make the customer go through this. What a shame. Never recieved mats never got a refund as the company could have contacted the couriers. So out of pocket and product.
