The communication between purchase and delivery wasn't great, my item as showing as awaiting collection for 5 days and when emailed asking for an update the response was that it was due for collection that evening, it was another few days before the status changed. The front car mats are not a mirror image of the standard car mats, the drivers one is much smaller the passenger side one is bigger.
