Car mats didn’t fit, when I contacted Direct Car Mats I was told that I had provided incorrect car make and model however I was
only asked to provide car registration number. They offered me as a good will gesture of 25%
off the next set I would buy. I requested that the correct set should be sent but was told it was my fault and that there wasn’t anything they could do.
