When I recieved my rder they were not high-quality, the pile is non existent and the material is far from dense.
I emailed to inform them that I believe I had been sent the wrong mats and they were the Essential Range. I sent photos and was told they were correct, I was shocked as these were the same as ones I have seen for less than £20 and paid over £50.
Very Disappointed and no further response from my emails of complaint
