Ordering the mats was easy. Had 2 emails immediately after the order promising more news when mats left factory. Heard nothing more until mats were delivered by a delivery man who was concerned that the bag containing the mats had split en route. All contents were there. Very pleased with quality of product. Disappointed that promised tracking and updates of delivery were not carried through. Disappointed packaging was not as secure as could be and lack of updates on delivery process
