I mean, I'd give 2.5 stars if that was an option. My personal experience was that the order arrived later than expected (6 working days - as apposed to the 3 - 5 specified), and I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered prestige quality, with heel pad. The mats arrived without the heel pad. These mats were ordered specifically, as a gift - they arrived late, and not as specified. How would you rate this service?
