I bought a set of carpets for my Hyundai Tucson in January this year.
The drivers mat has a big hole in it.
I requested a replacement but was told this was normal wear.
Car mats should last longer than 3 months before replacement.

I contacted customer services and was offered 25% discount on a new set.
I will not but from these again.
