Excellent customer service I ordered 9kg of supplement which arrived with a broken lid & covered in escaped powder. I opened it, took pictures and wrote to Discount Equestrian. By 9am the next day I had an email apologising, giving me free collection of the damaged goods for return by the courier, & a new tub was on its way which duly arrived in 48 hours. Companies can't avoid courier problems but DE resolved this quickly and efficiently. Its often only when things go wrong you really know whether a supplier gives excellent customer service and clearly DE demostrated that they do!
