My order status didn't change for 4 working days so I sent an email which remains unanswered. On day 5 I called, and the person was able to find my order and told me it was being posted that day. It arrived on day 6. Nothing wrong with the product and it was a good price, but disappointing to have to chase to get it sent, a day late outside of the delivery window, without so much of an apology or acknowledgement that it had quite obviously been forgotten.
