I ordered a pair of riding boots from this store and followed their measurement guide carefully, but the boots were uncomfortable and clearly not a good fit. I had to return them, only to find out I was responsible for paying £8 for tracked return shipping—which feels unfair.
I contacted the company and initially received two replies, but since then I’ve been completely ignored, with no resolution offered. It's frustrating to be left out of pocket and unheard as a customer. Now asking for a review—so here it is. I won’t be shopping here again unless their customer service improves significantly.
