I ordered the Dyson Airwrap 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it - I have sent many emails and made several phone calls and been fobbed off that the company cannot get in touch with Parcel Force to get my tracking number. I rang Parcel Force myself who said there is not shipment to my address. I am so disappointed as this was a much longed for Birthday gift and I am getting no help at all with this.
