Do not buy from this company. I paid £300 for the Dyson airwrap which never arrived after having been promised time and time again that it was with Parcel Force and that they would provide me with tracking details - which they never did. I rang Parcel Force directly and they said no product had ever been sent to my address. I then asked for a full refund over a month ago which I have never received and emails are ignored and no one answers the phone. It's caused me untold amounts of stress and I cannot believe they have the nerve to treat people like this.
