I bought Airpods which were faulty, sent back to them for replacement on 31st march 22 they received on 2nd of April 22, since then I called them numerous time but never they answer their call left voice mail requested for call back no one yet called me , send then few email no courtesy to reply to emails. Not sue how I can get my refund or replacement as they not responding at all, this is extremely frustrating . I will never recommend anyone to purchase from this business as their Customer service extremely poor .. I would give them 0 rating if i had a chance .
