I purchased some airpods, they didn't work, so I returned them by post. After a month I have still not received my refund, nor are they responding to my emails. I received a response on here, but they just respond to reviews to make it look like they are going to sort out the problem, but in fact, they do not do anything! And instead, they just delete the reviews.
