Purchased a pair of headphones at Christmas, which, in March failed to charge or hold charge. Was in frequent contact with them, and asked to return them for an exchange. Up until this point, communication had been good and successful.
Having returned the AirPods back at the beginning of, via Signed-For delivery so I know they have been accepted, I write this review having not received a reply to 7 emails and 3 voicemails with the company. I have not received the replacements either, nor a refund. Totally appalling customer service, and frankly unforgivable.
