I Placed an Order on the 25 March. I returned the Headphones within a few days of delivery in line with the 14 day returns policy via Royal Mail tracked. I still have not received my refund. Its been nearly 3 months. I have sent Sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails. No one has bothred to get back in touch via email or a phone call.
Royal Mail Tracking confirms my order was delivered back to the supplier Delivered at: 12:45, Saturday 09 April 2022 and signed by Blunt.
