The first order was delivered promptly.
However, the second (more expensive item) has not been despatched and all attempts to contact by email are being ignored and the answerphone is permanently switched on and not taking messages.
I would strongly advise against shopping with them unless you want the hassle of having to get your money back through your credit card provider, because either this company has gone out of business, is overwhelmed or it is now fraudulently trading.
