I purchased an open box set of headphones at a discounted price. Honestly felt like the box was never opened since the contents were in pristine condition. Very happy with my purchase. Great communication as well from DCH as to when my delivery was going to be sent, along with tracking number being provided right away. Arrived well within the time I expected and in a very well packaged box. I must say very impressed with the care given to these headphones on their journey to me.
