My first time buying from DCH, and it won't be my last. They we're helpful right from the beginning. Communication was very good. I was always up to date about where in the process my airpod's were. I never felt worried or that they would be broken when they arrived. The whole experience was great and the shipping very fast. I will buy from them again.
