I ordered 3mg melatonin, it took ages to arrive and I didnt recieve what I ordered. I recieved a tub of 1mg and another tub of 10mg melatonin instead. Could the packer just not be bothered? Its the 4th lot of melatonin Ive ordered from the US. By far the worst batch, it stinks and the 10mg makes me feel hungover the next day. What I will say is the customer service response times to my emails were polite and fast - my correct item was quickly dispatched and I await its arrival soon. 5/5 to the customer service team 1/5 to the packer.
