For the value to rent an economy car for 9 days, you cannot beat the price! Customer service was excellent! Spencer was super quick when I came to pick up the car and even upgraded my rental. The semi-retired man that shuttled me to get car was friendly and fun to talk to. Easy pick up in Ft. Lauderdale airport and drop off. The cleanliness of car. I saw a few ants and small roaches and it was a 2021 car! Car needs to be thoroughly cleaned to include underneath seats and sprayed w/bug removal. If arriving in Ft. Lauderdale, you need to catch 2 shuttles to get to easirent location. You need to be patient and both shuttles come fairly quickly, within 15 minutes.
