Every time I go into the shop the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They've given me some great recommendations for food, toys and other cat accessories.
The range of things for cats is very good, and the toys are much preferred by our cats to toys we've bought from large chains. I had assumed that national chains of pet shops would be cheaper but there are a number of items, e.g., a laser pen, that are cheaper in Dofos.
