Excellent...polite and friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable regarding products and specific requests, obvious love for animals especially when in store with our dog. I also order heavy goods online which is neccessary for me due to disability's and living on 2nd floor, this service is a lifeline to me, delivery guys are always friendly and enjoy meeting my dog who greets them at the door,excitedly waiting to see what is in the parcel..Next day delivery is a wonderful bonus for us who can be a little forgetful in keeping the doggy treat tin filled 🐶
