Hi Dofos, thank you for my order it came super fast and on time. The frozen raw food was packaged really well (in study polystyrene boxes) and still frozen when I unpacked it when I arrived home after work. My puppy loves the bones and treats you supply but she has not yet tried the wilderness dry food, 2 x bags came instead of one though. I love the purple bone name tag, it looks so nice and was a good size however I have not been able to put it on her collar as the ring attachment is just so small. I will have to get another large part to enable me to attach it securely. Thanks very much T
