We ordered two bags of cat litter and, somewhat confusingly, the website initially gave us the option of picking them up on a Sunday (when all of the Dofos store locations are shut). We selected Monday as the collection date, but didn't get around to picking up the order until Tuesday... which, it turned out, hadn't arrived in store yet. We don't live particularly close to Dofos, so that was frustrating, but we did receive an email the following day to let us know it was ready to be picked up.
