I would usually give you 5-stars but since moving over to a DPD delivery service it hasn't been the same. Previously deliveries were next day, they are still currently billed as 'next day delivery but it takes a minimum of two days and last month, three days. This time after ordering at 09:45 on Wednesday morning the food arrived on Friday at 16:00. The Forthglad box had been dropped somewhere down the line and one of the pouches had split open and rotted, it absolutely stank. I had to drive down to the Leith store (which negates the entire delivery process) to exchange the box. To your credit it was exchanged without much fuss, however no attempt was made at an apology - I voiced my concern too about the new delivery times and again nothing was really explained other than 'DPD are suffering with covid sickness') You guys have always been great, however, I will think twice about ordering from you next time and even explore other options.
