As a first time purchaser, I ordered Australian Frozen Raspberries. The website is easy to navigate and set up an account. I ordered the Raspberries on Monday morning at 6am and received them at 4.45pm same day. I was kept informed throughout the day of the delivery times and delays, at no.point was I left wondering why the delay in receiving my goods. The products were packed in a box with two Frozen water bottles and two wool packs for thermal insulation. I paid an additional payment for same day delivery and the wool packs - it was worth it!! The box will be exchanged on the next delivery for recycling. I will be purchasing Frozen products because they stand behind the products and also Doorstop organics can be contacted via email.
