After owning a Dreamfarm product for several years (that I loved- the garject!), I had an issue with the item and they replaced it at no charge. Their customer support team was a pleasure to work with- responsive and solutions-oriented. In no time at all I received my replacement item (from half-way around the world!) and specific recommendations on how to maintain it in the best possible manner. They are wonderful and their products are wonderful.
