The potato peeler is a great product. It is sharp enough to peel a tomato and it stays sharp, but it has one drawback. You cannot clean the slide mechanism that holds the sharpening ball/stone. It collects juice from the fruit that is peeled. It's dishwasher safe, but what do you do if you don't have a dishwasher?
