I have been very pleased with my Flegg. If I use cooking spray on it the egg releases completely but can't be flipped. Sometimes that is fine with me. If I want to flip it, I do not use the spray, and release the egg by running a butter knife around the interior first.
I don't understand other reviews which knock this device. If you cook on low heat as they tell you too, you should not have a problem. I am old and this must be the fifth type of 'ring' I've tried over the years. By far this is the best.
