First, the item, a Chopula, is a fantastic product. It is superbly flexible and at the same time rigid enough to slide under eggs or burgers in a skillet and flip them nicely.
Second, I submitted a suggestion and the company actually answered me not only with a meaningful response but also a video. I like this company.
