I love your product. It is the best. Your follow through system leaves a bit to be desired. Twice I have had to follow up on my orders to see if they have been shipped and where they are after showing “complete” for 2 weeks. Then miraculously they appear the next day. I’m not sure where the ball is being dropped because you do not provide shipping and tracking info.
