First, I tried Dr. Emil's collagen pills. Next the joint supplements. Now, I have 4 bottles of varies supplements and I give them all 5 stars. As with anything, it too approximately two weeks for me to really start feeling the results. However, after a month, the results kept increasing for the better. I am extremely happy with these products (especially the collagen!) My skin feels amazing.
