This is a product that keeps me alive. Since I absolutely refuse to take prescription anti-depressants, I thank the Universe for dropping 5-HTP on my distraught head. I've tried 2 other brands and have found Dr. Emil to be the most effective. It not only brightens my outlook, it acts as an appetite suppressant and an excellent sleep aid.
