I recently purchased the Dr Golly Sleep Bundle and with our bub due any day, I have read/watched and soaked up the newborn program in no time! I am feeling like having this knowledge (before bub comes along) will be a game changer for when bub arrives and, as a first time mother, I'll be slightly more prepared than going on blind.
