Highly recommend Dr Golly program. I have bought the 3-16 weeks and 4-8 months program and my 4 month old sleeps like a dream! I Have also just purchased the 2-5 years sleeping program as I have been having difficulties with my 2.5 year old sleep, and yesterday she finally sleep through the night for the first time!
