We had started implementing parts of the Dr Golly for our little girl from 4 weeks and the full routine by 6 weeks she is sleeping 5-6 hour stretches with a small feel and then another 3-4.
Plus his winding ‘regime’ is just what our little girl needed. She always brings up one last burp around the 10 minute mark and that ensures she’s extra settled for the evening
