I bought the Infant package and am kicking myself for not buying the whole set. We struggled with sleep issues for 5 months before buying the Dr Golly package and within the first week we saw improvements. It's still a work in progress but we were looking for a no cry method of introducing a sleep routine and this has really helped with that. I plan on buying the whole set of packages.
