We’re at the start of our journey, expecting our first child. I will be returning to work after only a few months so the bulk of the parenting will be very much shared. In all my research of sleep management for babies, I’ve been cautioned that all babies are individual. Dr. Golly accounts for all of those variations by giving the facts first. My husband and I sit through all of the lessons together. My “I know nothing about babies” hubby is now practicing is winding technique on various house hold items! The content is engaging, interesting, non-judgmental and parent focused where it needs to be. Thanks to Dr Golly and his team for a wonderful program that we very much look forward to continuing to use for years to come.
