I highly recommend the Dr Golly sleep programs to any new parents! We have been using the programs from the newborn stage through to 1-2yrs, and have found the course content super easy to follow, understand, and apply to our baby. Dr Golly has a wonderfully caring and knowledgeable approach that I have felt reliable and consistent. We have had success with the program from very early on, which is paying off well now that our babe is a toddler. We will definitely stick with these programs as she grows. Thank you Dr Golly!
