I bought Dr Gollys book when I fell pregnant and I love his philosophy on parenting, it has everything I've needed to know, so it wasn't a hard decision buying his sleep bundle also. This has fit straight in with our family and been very helpful. I recommend his book to everyone, game changer honestly!
