I owe Dr Golly A LOT! I’ve been using the sleep programs for the past 4 months and I would be truely lost without them. There are too many things to count that are out of your control in parenthood (which has been a challenge for me as a Grade A control freak), but these programs have allowed me to implement a near perfect routine for our family for months.
