I purchased a pair of Rab hardshell trousers on the Friday before New Year's Eve. Despite it being late in the day, the order was promptly dispatched and arrived on the 2nd. Very impressed so far... Sadly, the trousers did not match the description (on Rab's website) so were not suitable. The return was a breeze: free postage, good email comms, contacted Rab about the erroneous description and processed the refund really quickly despite being really busy with all the post-christmas returns that they inevitably have to deal with. Excellent throughout!
