Excellent service and product. I was worried that my Kangri jacket wasn't going to arrive in time for a hiking trip I had planned. I emailed e Outdoors my concern, and within an hour I received a phone call. E Outdoors arranged for a different courier to send my parcel. I received it less than 24hrs later. Very happy with my Kangri jacket and the great service E Outdoors provides. 10/10
