I have had a good experience with e-outdoors, placed a few orders, arrived really fast and the 1 item I needed to return, they paid for the postage and refunded me quickly..Sadly they use this "trustpilot" which is basically A LIE, they offer subscriptions to retailers which allows for a percentage of bad reviews to be removed, in most cases they LIE and remove under the "does not meet our guidelines etc", as a former retailer myself I would swear on all 3 of my grandchildren lives I am telling the truth having seen the details of subscription and the removal percentage for bad reviews for myself....TRUSTPILOT IS A LIE AND IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GOOD AND BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY A RETAILER...IGNORE TRUSTPILOT.
