My ordered goods arrived very quickly but unfortunately the manufacture of the item seems to have been poor - not really the fault of the retailer. I returned the item (using the recommended method) and soon received a refund but postage costs were not included in the refund. I queried this with e-outdoor sales (by email) explaining that the goods were faulty and after a short delay and a phone call (they called me) all inbound and outbound postage costs were then refunded.
