I ordered a new Tilly hat for myself, my previous one having been stolen! I knew what I wanted in style, colour and size, so selecting my hat was easy. It arrived quite quickly and was in perfect condition. I was very happy with the website, service, delivery, packaging, and finally the lovely hat. The material was different to my original, possibly making it even more comfortable. And I still love the style. I use it in the sun, but also in the wet as I think it looks so much more stylish than a hood and easier than handling an umberella.
