One of my mini wire hair dachshunds suffers from yeast infections her coat would get very thin and greasy and would chew her feet until they blead. Because she has a very soft coat it would get very mattered, the only cure was to get her clipped. Since starting her on inside out she now has twice as much hair there is no chewing of feet no belly rashes and she looks great.
