Absolute scam. Asset Holdings by a freehold & employ eagerstates to do the maintenance. The mother runs Asset Holdings & her son runs eagerstates. As soon as they take over your maintenance will double. The charges are plucked from mid air & arrange unnecessary work to con you out of money. Honestly it is no more than white collar crime at the highest level. All of them including any of their associated companies should be put in prison for the unnessery misery they inflict on their victims.
