If I could give a black mark or ZERO stars I would. In January 2018 the Freehold of my block of 15 Flats asked if I wanted to buy the Freehold.
My mistake was to say no because the Freehold was bought by Assethold and managed by Eagerstates a London based company. Our management fees have trebled and the Ground Rent has gone up. This has my flat unsellable to anyone who needs a mortgage.
The repairs are shoddy and charged at London prices by contractors who travel many miles to do even a simple job.
